Engineering
All of our products begin in the engineering phase which is a critical role in ensuring that the structure, functionality, and overall design meet technical and operational requirements. CAD drawings, which are vital for accuracy, efficiency, and effective communication in design and manufacturing processes, are then drawn and programmed for our CNC operators to begin the next phase.
Assembly
Assembly begins with our CNC machines cutting the necessary pieces for the product. CNCs are widely used in manufacturing processes to automate the operation of tools, allowing for precise and repeatable production of complex parts and components. Once these pieces are assembled by our skilled craftsman, they will add any further enhancements and customizations required.
Finishing
Once the product is assembled, final additions to the build are added and it has been prepped, the product moves into our finishing phase. This phase is very important and where the product comes to life. A spray lacquer finish, performed in our controlled environment, ensures an even distribution of paint across the surface, which helps achieve a smooth and consistent finish.

Packaging
Once the product passes our quality control it moves to our packaging department where we have developed proprietary packaging methods that help ensure the safety, security, and preservation of our products during transit. Our high-quality, reliable packaging protects the value of the item being shipped and speaks volumes to the value of our customers’ satisfaction.
